Our Return Process:

If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receiving your order. Whether it’s a whimsical animal night light, a delicate floral design, or any other item from our collection, we’re happy to assist you with a return or exchange, provided the item is in new and unused condition with its original packaging.

Refunds:

Once we’ve received and inspected the returned item, we’ll process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Exchanges:

Order Cancellations:

If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We strive to process orders quickly, so if the order has already shipped, we will not be able to cancel it. In that case, you would need to follow our standard return process.
